Fiona is a striking Scottish Highland heifer, slated to begin her breeding career in Fall of 2018. With strong genetics, a thick yellow coat and beautifully maturing horns, we can’t wait to welcome Fiona’s calves to Two Fox. Scottish highlands are compact and smaller than traditional beef cattle, making them ideal for homesteaders.
